TV: Players React to Exhibition Win

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- The 2012-13 version of Rutgers basketball was unveiled to the public in Sunday's 92-52 exhibition win against Division II Holy Family, and it was a mixed bag. Kansas State transfer Wally Judge and sophomore guards Myles Mack and Jerome Seagears spoke to the media afterward to recap the day.

Myles Mack led Rutgers in scoring in Sunday's 92-52 win against Division II Holy Family at the Rutgers Athletic Center, but he didn't score until 7:24 remained the game and made all six of his shots in the half.

Center Wally Judge scored seven points and had six rebounds in 18 minutes, Jerome Seagears had 16 points and Elijah Carter added 14 points.

The Scarlet Knights held a 51-35 advantage on the boards, and held Holy Family to 23.5 percent shooting from the field.

However, the Scarlet Knights struggled to finish close to the basket, sometimes locked purpose on the offensive end and didn't close on the shooter well on defense are times.

In addition, Holy Family trimmed a 23-point halftime deficit to 54-43 with 10:43 remaining in the game before the Scarlet Knights responded with a strong close to finish the game.

Afterward, Judge, Mack and Seagears spoke about the game.
