Jaylan Barbour has become a familiar name on the recruiting trail. Barbour had a breakout season as sophomore and has continued to play at a high level this fall. The Monroe star already has offers from North Carolina, Duke, East Carolina, Appalachian State, North Carolina State, and South Carolina
