Player Personnel Report: UVa Game

Below is the player personnel report from the Virginia game.

QB: Stephen Morris started and finished the game.

RB: Duke Johnson and Mike James started the game together and had 18 and 14 touches, respectively. Dallas Crawford was No. 3 but didn't see any offensive touches.

FB: Maurice Hagens was the first fullback on the field, and the only one UM used.

WR: Phillip Dorsett, Allen Hurns, and Davon Johnson started the game and finished with six, four, and one touch, respectively. Herb Waters came off the bench and had one catch. Kendal Thompkins played but didn't see any passes. Leading receiver Rashawn Scott was suspended for the game.

TE: No tight end started the game but Clive Walford caught two passes and scored a touchdown. Dyron Dye and Asante Cleveland also played off the bench.

OL: Malcolm Bunche, Jonathan Feliciano, Shane McDermott, Brandon Linder, and Seantrel Henderson were the starters from L-R. Jared Wheeler and Ereck Flowers played off the bench, at center and right tackle, respectively.

DL: Anthony Chickillo and Shayon Green were the starters at end; Curtis Porter and Olsen Pierre at tackle. Tyriq McCord and Jalen Grimble played off the bench at end. Luther Robinson, Earl Moore, and Dequan Ivery played off the bench inside.

LB: Jimmy Gaines started in the middle, while Gionni Paul and Thurston Armbrister started on the outside. They finished with 12, 14, and 4 tackles, respectively. Tyrone Cornileus, Raphael Kirby, and Nentambu Fentress played off the bench. Starters Denzel Perryman and Eddie Johnson did not play due to injury and disciplinary action, respectively.

DB: Brandon McGee and Ladarius Gunter were the starters at corner; Kacy Rodgers and A.J. Highsmith were the starters at safety. Thomas Finnie, Tracy Howard, and Antonio Crawford played off the bench at corner. Vaughn Telemaque, Rayshawn Jenkins, and Andreu Swasey played off the bench at safety.

ST: Jake Wieclaw kicked, Dalton Botts punted, and Duke Johnson and Phillip Dorsett were the kick returners. Dorsett was the team's punt returner.
