Irish Commit in Action

Isaac Rochell (6'5/255) is a defensive end and tight end for his Eagles Landing Christian Academy team in McDonogh, Ga. He is committed to play college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Here is a look at him in action in his last regular season game as a senior against Landmark Christian on 11/9/12.

Notre Dame commitment Isaac Rochell (6'5/255) is a big, disruptive force on the defensive line for his Eagles Landing Christian Academy (ELCA). He moonlights as a tight end when ELCA is in running situations and needs Rochell to knock a couple of defenders off their feet or sneak into the defensive backfield and catch a pass.

There's a lot to like about Rochell's game. For his size he still plays with good flexibility and leverage. He can take on two blockers rather easily at this level, and he can out-quick or out-strength any single blocker a high school team puts in frount of him.
