Live eval plus video: Courtney Allen

Here are some video highlights and some analysis of junior running back Courtney Allen. He's a junior from Bradenton Southeast.

Courtney Allen is an ultra-smooth junior running back prospect from Bradenton (Fla.) Southeast. He's a diminutive back (5-8/185) but he runs bigger than his size. Allen is not afraid to lower his shoulder and run through you. He'll run between the tackles but is most effective getting to and around the perimeter because of his outstanding speed. In the open field Allen is dangerous because of his quickness as well. He is also a threat out of the backfield with very good hands.

Overall, this is a tough running back that plays bigger than his size. Southeast head coach Paul Maechtle says he's their Doug Martin [Bucs running back]. This season he rushed for 1,300 yards. Allen will be one of the top running back prospects in next year's 2014 class.

Below are some highlights of Allen from his game against Lake Wales this past Friday.
