Practice Report: 11/27

Freshman wide receiver Chris Black continued to work at the "Z" position behind Kevin Norwood Tuesday. Could it be that it's looking more and more like he could play Saturday against Georgia in the SEC Championship game?

Alabama continued to prepare for its SEC Championship showdown against Georgia in the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility Tuesday afternoon. The media was granted two periods to watch, so here are some observations:

--Wide receiver Chris Black continued to work behind Kevin Norwood in the "Z" position. A few dropped balls here and there, but otherwise he looked quick and sharp like he has for the last three weeks. The receivers were working on ball security during media viewing, as you can see in the video below.

--Nose guard Brandon Ivory (ankle) was dressed to practice, but did not participate in drills while reporters were present.

--Freshman safety Eddie Williams was playing Georgia wide receiver Tavarres King on scout team.
