STREAKS, STATS AND NOTES: Something will have to give on ground. Packers haven't allowed 100-yard rusher since San Francisco RB Frank Gore in season opener while Vikings RB Adrian Peterson has rushed for 100 or more yards in five straight games, matching Robert Smith's franchise record. Peterson has already established new Vikings career mark by rushing for 1,000 yards in five seasons. ... Peterson's average of 5.8 yards per carry is about a yard better than that of league's other top rushers. ... Of Vikings DE Jared Allen's 115 career sacks, 12 1/2 have been of Aaron Rodgers, including his single-game high of 4 1/2 on Oct. 5, 2009. ... Packers have won last nine against NFC North opponents. ... Packers have won four straight against Vikings, and have swept season series four of the past six years. ... Packers WR Greg Jennings expected back after missing last seven games with torn muscle in abdomen. ... Fifteen of last 19 regular-season games have been decided by seven points or less. ... Green Bay's 38-point win in last year's series finale was largest by either team in 50-year rivalry. ... Christian Ponder and Aaron Rodgers both made first career starts in the rivalry. ... Green Bay has won 23 of its last 25 regular-season games at home.

PACKERS INJURY REPORT Out: LB Clay Matthews (hamstring); TE Andrew Quarless (knee); CB Sam Shields (ankle); RB Johnny White (concussion); DE C.J. Wilson (knee); DB Charles Woodson (collarbone). Doubtful: LB Terrell Manning (shoulder). Questionable: WR Donald Driver (thumb); S Sean Richardson (back). Probable: WR Greg Jennings (abdomen); S M.D. Jennings (rib); T Marshall Newhouse (wrist); DT Ryan Pickett (quad).

VIKINGS INJURY REPORT: Doubtful: WR Percy Harvin (ankle). Probable: DE Jared Allen (shoulder/back); LB Jasper Brinkley (shoulder); DT Letroy Guion (foot); P Chris Kluwe (left knee); T Phil Loadholt (knee); RB Adrian Peterson (shoulder); TE Kyle Rudolph (concussion/shoulder); S Harrison Smith (concussion); CB Antoine Winfield (knee).

ROSTER MOVES: The Packers placed tight end Andrew Quarless and safety Sean Richardson on injured reserve Saturday. Quarless had started the season on the physically unable to perform list after tearing the ACL and MCL in his right knee almost exactly a year ago. He was activated Nov. 7, but had struggled with swelling in the knee. Richardson's move was more of a surprise because he only appeared on the injury report Thursday with a back injury. The Packers used the open spots to sign running back DuJuan Harris and wide receiver Jeremy Ross. Both had been on Green Bay's practice squad. Both players are active on Sunday .

PACKER REPORT PREDICTION (9-2): The Packers will be without Clay Matthews and Charles Woodson again and the Vikings deactivated Percy Harvin for a third consecutive game. With Harvin, the Vikings might have had a shot because of his impact as a receiver and on special teams. Now, their No. 1 pass-catcher among wide receivers is Michael Jenkins, with just 30. That's not nearly enough firepower to face a Green Bay team that was embarrassed last week. The defense, in particular, bounces back, and the Vikings don't have the Giants' pass rush. Packers 27, Vikings 13.
