Pagano talks Army experience, Clemson visit

Honolulu (Hawaii) Moanalua defensive lineman Scott Pagano competed in the recent Army All-American game and will take what will likely be his only official visit this coming week.

Scott Pagano is one of the top tackle prospects in the West and said he had a great experience being a part of the Army AA game.

"It was such a blessing to be picked," Pagano said. "It was really overwhelming and I had a great time connecting with all the players from both teams. I think the best part was probably the practices and just being around the guys. The camaraderie was great and overall, it was an amazing experience."

Pagano gave an early commitment over the summer to Clemson and will check out the Tigers this week.

"I can't wait to visit," Pagano said. "I'm rock solid in my commitment and this will be the only visit I take. Clemson is a great school and just beat LSU in the Bowl game. That shows that Clemson can compete with anyone.

"It's a young team and we'll be better next year. Coach Swinney has things going in the right direction and I'm very excited to be a part of the program. I loved my unofficial visit out there in the summer and looking forward to getting out there again this week."
