"I had a great time, it was a fun experience," Luke said. "The Marines were very involved and did our warm up every day. Overall, I thought I did pretty well. I felt a little stiff and rusty early on from all the time off but I think I picked it up as the week went on.
"We had a good secondary and there were a lot of good receivers as well. Darrell Daniels, Darren Carrington and Devon Allen, who I know pretty well since he's from Arizona, were all real good. It was great competition and showed me what college will be like next year."
Luke committed to Notre Dame earlier in the season and said he's looking forward to heading off to South Bend.
"With Notre Dame, it's all about what that school and the degree can do for you after football," Luke said. "This wasn't a four year decision, it was a long term choice and out of the schools, I don't think anyone can do as much for you as Notre Dame.
"I love the combination of academics and athletics and the fact that they didn't sign any corners last year was another plus. I think I'll have the opportunity to get out there and compete for playing time right away and I'm looking forward to that opportunity as well."
