Mount Carmel (Ill.) running back Matt Domer had a great junior season and a good experience at the U.S. Army All-American combine.
"I think I did pretty well there was a lot of competing out there," Domer said. "It was a fun experience to get out here in San Antonio and go up against the best of the best. For the most part it was a pretty good day."
Domer has one offer, from Northern Illinois, but has been receiving plenty of recruiting attention as of late.
"After we won the state championship the schools started rolling in every day," Domer said. "I talked to a lot of coaches and have a lot of visits coming up."
Where exactly will Domer visit?
Part of the reason that Domer is taking so many visits this off-season is the fact that he didn't take many in the fall.
"Mount Carmel is so demanding with the schedule that I am just not starting to get a break and getting some visits in," Domer said.
And Domer knows exactly what he is looking for in a college.
"I basically go off their offense, but when I grew up I always wanted to be a Buckeye," Domer said. "I also like Oregon's offense a lot because I am a fast running back and I like their speed, also Florida State they like to move it."
He continued, "The better the offense, the speed thats what I like."
