Flor is the younger brother of current Washington State offensive lineman Sam Flor. Flor doesn't have the size that his brother did, but is a much more gifted athlete. Flor stands out most as a fullback for the Irish.

Although he runs slightly upright, he has tremendous power and tackle-breaking ability. Flor has the toughness, frame and mentality to play a pure fullback position at the next level. Flor saw limited time at linebacker for O'Dea this year due to their returning depth, but should be a starter next year. He has the length and speed to play the position, but will need to continue to develop. That, along with fewer and fewer schools employing a fullback, may make it easier to land at a school.
