Alex Collins is the top running back prospect Miami has recruited all year. The South Plantation High standout was South Florida's leading rusher over the past two seasons.
At 5-foot-11 and 205 pounds, Collins was committed to Miami for several months before taking some other visits. He saw Florida State, Wisconsin, and Florida before visiting his two finalists in late January -- Miami and Arkansas.
Collins will end the recruiting suspense on live television tonight when he joins Scout.com recruiting analysts Chad Simmons and Jamie Newberg on Fox Sports South's show called The NEW College Football Show: Next Class 2013
The show is set to air at 10 pm EST. Collins will be in studio for his announcement.
