FoxSportsNext has confirmed that Scottsdale (Az.) Notre Dame Prep outside linebacker Duncan Morfitt has ended his recruitment.
Notre Dame Prep head coach Gary Gregory says, "Duncan committed to Yale today."
Morfitt also had offers from Army and Navy.
Morfitt comments on the commitment, "Yale seems to be the best fit for me because of the high academic standards as well as the good football program, both will allow me to achieve my goals. I really liked the environment both athletically and academically and couldn't be more excited for next year."
Morfitt (6-2 215) made 70 tackles and 2 sacks in 2012.
