Bob Huggins gave Deniz Kilicli a high five in the waning moments of Monday's win over Texas. And why not? In the words of the head coach, Kilicli's last two games may have been his best-ever all-around performances during his time at WVU.

Guard Eron Harris said that while WVU had one of its better shooting performances of the season, the team's defense -- particularly its late shift to the 1-3-1 zone -- was the difference in winning and losing.

For his part, Huggins seemed as positive and encouraged after the win as he has at any point since the start of the season. He again insisted this West Virginia team could go on a run to alter the course of the season and perhaps even sneak into the NCAA Tournament.
