Miami continues playing very good basketball. The 8th-ranked Hurricanes played host to a 10-11 Boston College team earlier tonight, and dominated the Eagles.
The Hurricanes took a 10-point lead into halftime, and they never gave away any of that lead in the second half in a game that was played in front of just over 5,100 fans.
Rion Brown scored 22 points for the Hurricanes, his highest point total of the season. He also pitched in three rebounds. Kenny Kadji scored 16 points and grabbed eight boards in a winning effort for the Canes. Durand Scott and Shane Larkin scored 11 and 10 points, respectively.
Olivier Hanlan led the Eagles with 16 points. It was Ryan Anderson, who scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, who was the top performer for BC on this night.
The win sends Miami to 18-3 on the season, and 9-0 in the conference. The Canes will look to continue their outstanding season, and their march to a top five ranking for the first time in school history, when they play host to North Carolina on Saturday.
