Weight: 170 pounds

Ranking: Three-star cornerback, ranked #102nd nationally
He visited Duke in early January and, prior to that visit, talked about the strong relationship he had with the coaches.
"Duke has shown more interest as of late, and they are a great school that can provide a great education," Singleton said. "Coach Cutcliffe is a great coach, and I feel it's very worth taking a visit there."
Quoteable: "In my county, I'm known as a ball hawk. I go get the ball and make plays, and feel really good tracking the ball down and making something happen," said Singleton also feels he could play either cornerback or safety at the next level.
Scouting Report: "Singleton was the best athlete on his football team this season. He was used on special teams and offense along with defense and he has a lot of raw ability. As a corner, he has long arms, he is pushing six feet tall, and he has very good ball skills. He needs to improve his press coverage and continue to add onto his frame. He can work on his footwork as well. He has some real nice tools for Duke to work with and he could end up being a steal for them in this class." - Chad Simmons, Scout.com
Projected 2014 Role: Singleton, as with most of the cornerbacks recruited, will have an opportunity to play early at cornerback. The real question will be whether he ends up at safety or corner. At least initially, we see him as a cornerback which will give him a decent chance to compete for a spot on the early two-deep, but if you were betting it's best to go "redshirt" for 2013 for him.
