Florida OL has two offers

Ray Raulerson is a talented offensive line prospect from Plant High in Tampa, and he's already collected two offers.

Ray Raulerson was part of a loaded Plant team in 2012. Playing for one of the state's premier programs, Raulerson is used to playing in a competitive and winning environment. He has the ability to play tackle, guard, or center. He knows the game really well. He's well-coached. He brings a lot of things to the table that college coaches will like in him as a prospect.

Those are a few reasons why Raulerson, 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds, is already starting to collect some BCS level scholarship offers.

"My offers are from Rutgers and Boston College," said Raulerson, who finished his junior season with 39 pancake blocks.

Those two schools, along with three others, jump out in the early stages to Raulerson.

"My top schools are Boston College, Rutgers, Florida, Miami, and Georgia," he said.

The standout offensive line prospect talked about what he'll be looking for when choosing a school later in the year.

"What I'll be looking for in a school is great academics, the facilities, the campus and a great fan base," he said. "Also, I'm looking at the depth chart and the chance to play early."

Raulerson will be among the top offensive line prospects in the greater Tampa area in 2014, so stay on Scout for more coverage of him in the future.
