The North Stanly [New London, N.C.] prospect has five offers -- Clemson, UNC, N.C. State, Georgia and South Carolina.
Saturday was his first trip to Clemson since the Virginia Tech game.
"I had a good time. I liked watching them practice. It was a lot more intense than my high school practice," Williams told CUTigers after the visit.
"I got to talk to two of the coaches, coach [Tony] Elliott and coach [Danny] Pearman, then we took a tour around the football facilities."
He added, "They were pretty involved in the practice. I got to talk to them afterwards. Coach Pearman just told me he was glad I could come. And I told him I was glad I could come.
"Coach Elliott walked in while we were in the weight room. He introduced himself. I was like, ‘My name is Antonio.' I didn't even get to finish saying my whole name and he said, ‘I know who you are.'"
Williams, who visited N.C. State for junior day, plans to return to Clemson for the Orange and White spring game.
The 5-foot-11, 186-pound prospect has no list of favorites.
"It's way too early. I'm just playing football right now. I'm not trying to think about it. But I know they're coming," he said.
Williams finished his freshman season with 1,516 yards and 17 touchdowns.
