First Offer for Wilkerson

FOX Sports NEXT has the update on Katy defensive end Tim Wilkerson, who was recently given some good news.

He played a key role in his team winning a state title this past season in the largest classification in the Lone Star State, now Katy (TX) defensive end Tim Wilkerson is getting more good news to go along with his ring this off season.

"I was offered by Washington State. I got the offer this past Saturday," Wilkerson informed FOX Sports NEXT.

With that recent news, the 6-foot-3, 220-pound Wilkerson has already scheduled a visit to make his way to the PAC-12 program later this month for a closer look on March 29. In addition, Wilkerson said that he is getting some looks from Kansas State, Texas A&M and Yale.

Last season he finished with 63 tackles and four sacks.
