OMAHA, Neb. -- Hear from the Bruins following their 3-1 win over Mississippi State Monday night in Game 1 of the College World Series finals.

Defense will continue to be key as UCLA now sits just a game away from its first NCAA baseball title. Junior right-hander Nick Vander Tuig will take the mound Tuesday night in Game 2. First pitch is set for 7:00 p.m. CST at TD Ameritrade Park.
