2013 Midseason Top 50: 15 That Just Missed

In every iteration of the TigsTown Top 50, several players just miss and are the subject of questions from fans. This summer's edition is no different as a number of former Top 50 prospects all remained on the outside looking in. In an attempt to answer the questions that arise, I offer a brief look at those prospects that missed the Top 50 with some explanation as to the basis for that decision.

Having long been a sucker for high-ceiling athletes, the absence of four extremely young players may be a bit surprising.
