It was a huge day in football recruiting nationwide and TheInsiders.com was there, breaking dozens of verbals including two of the top five players in the nation, defensive lineman Haloti Ngata from Utah and quarterback/athlete Vincent Young of Texas...

Ngata, the nation's No. 1 defensive lineman, from Salt Lake City Highland, and Vincent Young, the nation's top QB/ATH, from Houston Madison, pulled the triggers on their college choices, choosing BYU and Texas, respectively, on Sunday.

The Ngata verbal was first reported by PacWestFootball.com and the Young announcement came first from HeartlandRecruiting.com.
