Instructions for adding Scout Recruiting Widget to your PC Desktop:

(1.) Download Yahoo Widgets desktop apps: http://widgets.yahoo.com/download.

(2.) Go to http://www.scout.com/widgets and select the recruiting widget for the team you want to follow.

(3.) Once you’ve picked a team, select "Grab and Share +" in the bottom right hand corner of the widget.

(4.) When iconology is displayed select "All" located in the upper left hand corner.

(5.) Scroll to the bottom of the distribution list and select "Yahoo! Widgets."

(6.) Copy the url and paste into a new browser.

(7.) A file download popover will appear. Select "Save." The file will download to your preferred folder.

(8.) After the file is completely downloaded, select "Open."

(9.) Yahoo! Widgets will request verification. Select "Use Widget."

Congratulations! Your Scout.com Recruiting Widget is now easily available on your desktop. Follow recruiting news as it happens.

NOTE: Usually, the quick launch on your desktop has the Yahoo Widgets application. If not, it’s usually located in your Start > All Programs > Yahoo Widgets.

Instructions for adding Scout Recruiting Widget to your Mac Desktop Dashboard:

(1.) Go to http://www.scout.com/widgets and select the recruiting widget for the team you want to follow.

(2.) Once you’ve picked a team, select “Grab and Share +” in the bottom right hand corner of the widget:

(3.) When iconology is displayed select the “All” icon:

(4.) Scroll through the distribution list and select “OSX Dashboard”

(5.) After clicking on the OSX Dashboard icon a download button will appear. Click on the download button:

(6.) A file download popover will appear. Select “Install”. The file will download to your preferred folder.

(7.) After the file is completely downloaded, select “Keep”

(8.) Congratulations! You’re Scout.com Recruiting Widget is now easily available on your desktop dashboard:
