PLAYER PROFILE: Zach Taylor

HEIGHT: 5-foot-10

WEIGHT: 155 Pounds

CLASS: A current junior, class of 2011. We're reported previously that Taylor decided to reclassify. Zach hopes the extra year of experience under head coach Jere Quinn will give himself more offers down the road.

POSITION: Point Guard

FORMER HIGH SCHOOL: St. Luke's School in Connecticut

FORMER HIGH SCHOOL HEAD COACH: Kevin Anthony

PREP SCHOOL: St. Thomas More in Oakdale, Connecticut

PREP SCHOOL HEAD COACH: Jere Quinn, considered among the best teachers on the prep level.

"He's a tough coach," said Taylor. "But I know once I come out his program I'm gonna be a better and tougher player!"

Taylor has also benefited from competing also at St. Lukes too.

AAU TEAM: Connecticut Basketball Club, considered among the best AAU programs.

AAU HEAD COACH: J.R. Hargraves, another terrific teacher and head coach.

PREVIOUS SCHOOLS OF INTEREST: Siena, Hofstra, Fairfield, St. Peter's, Rider, Sacred Heart, Massachusetts, Seton Hall, Rutgers, and St. John's.
