Devin Burns
QB | 6-2 / 183
Carver (GA)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 56
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 8/1/09
Committed Over: Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Vanderbilt
Scouting Report: He is a very intelligent quarterback that makes good decisions and he brings the ability to throw or run if nobody is open on any given play. He does not make many bad decisions and he really knows how to control a huddle, lead a team, and put his players in position to be successful. Not one thing he does on the field will just wow anyone, but he has a solid arm, he has good mobility, and he throws with good accuracy. - Chad Simmons, Southeast Manager
Tyrek Cheeseboro
WR | 5-11 / 169
Milford Mill (MD)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 138
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 7/19/09
Committed Over: Connecticut, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Virginia, West Virginia
Scouting Report: Cheeseboro a very smooth route runner and gets good separation. He is very quick and bursts out of his cuts. He isn’t the biggest guy but he is tough. He can be physical with the defender. He has very good hands and doesn’t let the ball get into his body. He has the skills of a possession receiver and the speed of a downfield threat. Even though he is tough he will need to add weight and strength for the next level. John Wallpher / Scout
Nate Clarke
DT | 6-4 / 280
Archbishop Carroll (DC)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 59
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 7/28/09
Committed Over: Florida, Miami (Fl), North Carolina, Penn State, Virginia Tech
Scouting Report: Clarke is a huge lineman with a big upside. He plays offense and defense but will start out on offense for college. On offense, he is still raw and learning the technique and fundamentals of the position. He has decent feet for a big guy but needs to work on balance and finishing his blocks. On defense, he is a solid run stuffer but he needs to work on his lateral quickness and getting off the blocker. John Wallpher / Scout
Sal Conaboy
OG | 6-5 / 255
Abington Heights (PA)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 12
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 8/26/09
Committed Over: Illinois, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, West Virginia
Scouting Report: Conaboy is a very good athlete that pulls really well and then gets on linebackers and sustains his blocks out in space where he looks very natural. Always finds someone to hit in the open field. Finishes his blocks and has a bit of a nasty streak. Quick feet in the open field and takes good angles in the run game, showing good technique. A very good run blocker, but pass protection is a major question mark. - Matt Alkire
DE | 6-3 / 230
Hammonton (NJ)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 126
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 4/29/09
Committed Over: Syracuse, Temple
Max Garcia
OT | 6-5 / 275
Norcross (GA)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 48
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 12/19/09
Committed Over: Alabama, Clemson, Michigan State, North Carolina State, Vanderbilt
Scouting Report: A gifted athletic big man, Garcia does a good job of getting to his man quickly and uses his hands well in locking up his defender. He has a tendency to get overextended in his blocks, lunging at times, rather than driving, and it costs him balance and power in his drive blocking. His slide step is solid in pass protection as he moves laterally well. He has good enough footwork to remain at offensive tackle. Scott Kennedy, Scout.com.
OLB | 6-2 / 210
Fork Union Military (VA)

OLB | 6-3 / 210
Dunbar (DC)
Rating:
Scout300: 191
Pos Rank: 16
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 1/11/10
Committed Over: Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Miami (Fl), Michigan, West Virginia
Scouting Report: Johnson is in constant attack mode. He closes very fast on the ball and when he gets there he makes the play. He holds his ground and then sheds blocks well. He has the ability to drop in coverage but is better letting him loose to attack the ball. As aggressive as he is he still reads and reacts well. He has very good pass rushing and blitzing skills. He will need to add weight but has the frame to get it done. John Wallpher / Scout
Jeremiah Johnson
S | 5-11 / 159
Suitland (MD)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 121
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 6/30/09
Committed Over: Massachusetts, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Rutgers, Syracuse, Towson
Desmond Kearse
OLB | 6-2.5 / 185
Dunbar (FL)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 107
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 1/19/10
Committed Over: Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Middle Tennessee, Tennessee, Vanderbilt
Scouting Report: Kearse is an absolute terror coming off the edge as a pass rusher(41 sacks last two years). He has an elite first step and 4.55 type speed. His main issue is size at 185 pounds, however he does possess a great frame to add weight. He has safety type athleticism, but projects to OLB at the next level. -Geoff Vogt
Darius Kilgo
OG | 6-3 / 303
Weddington (NC)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 56
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 11/5/09

Andre Monroe
DT | 6-0 / 282
St. Johns College (DC)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 86
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 7/1/09
Committed Over: Akron, Michigan State, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pittsburgh
Scouting Report: Monroe is not your typical defensive lineman. He is barely six feet tall but he is thick and uses his body well. He is a relentless defender and goes to the whistle every time. He not only controls his area but can collapse a gap with his explosiveness. He is very quick and fires off low providing great leverage against his opponent. He also pursues well and is a threat as an inside pass rusher. John Wallpher / Scout

Clarence Murphy
DE | 6-3 / 230
Hollywood Hills (FL)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 84
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 1/8/10
Committed Over: Colorado State, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Michigan, South Florida, UCF, Wisconsin
Scouting Report: Murphy is more of tough, run stopping type DE at this time, he will need to work on his first step and pass rushing skills. He has the size and core strength to contribute early in his career. Murphy does a good job of disengaging from blocks and flashes some lateral lange.
Matt Robinson
TE | 6-4 / 210
Atholton (MD)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 60
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 6/29/09
Committed Over: Fordham, James Madison, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, Stony Brook

Tyler Smith
QB | 6-2 / 195
Wilson Area (PA)
Rating:
Scout300: 293
Pos Rank: 18
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 5/3/09
Committed Over: Akron, Connecticut, Iowa, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse
Scouting Report: Smith has that “it” factor that you want in a quarterback as a leader. Comes from a vertical passing attack and does really well throwing the deep ball and seam routes to pick up big yardage. Can make throws that a lot of kids can’t at his level and is very accurate with his ball placement. Also an athletic quarterback that moves around in the pocket well and buys time for routes to develop. Very quick release at all time. - Matt Alkire
Titus Till
S | 6-1 / 184
Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. (MD)
Rating:
Pos Rank: 90
Committed to: MARYLAND
Commit Date: 1/31/09
Committed Over: Army, Towson
Scouting Report: A strong safety candidate, Till has good size and isn't afraid to put his facemask on a tackler. What he lacks in overall speed, he makes up for in physical play. He has good size and reach and can be an asset in the passing game, but he currently projects better in run support. It's not out of the question that he sees some time at outside linebacker or a hybrid/rover type before his college career is over - Scott Kennedy, Scout.com
