Scouting Report: Could play either side of the ball in college, but athleticism and ability to close could make him a great college linebacker. He has played more running back and defensive end in high school and thus would need to learn to read his keys, but he he plays with good aggressiveness and his tools would translate well into pass coverage. - Allen Trieu

Scouting Report: Kirkwood projects to being more of a power back, he shows the ability to use his balance and power to bounce off tackles and has some quality acceleration. He lacks the second gear to run past DBs and needs to see things happen quicker so he can utilize cutback lanes. While he is not all that tall, he is very strong and figures to carry 200+ on that 5'9 frame down the road. -Geoff Vogt

Commit Date: 7/2/09
Scouting Report: Athletic and does a good job in space and in the second level. In pass protection, shows good feet and technique. In the run game, he finishes blocks and buries his man. Needs to add size and bulk. He plays the game strong, but still needs time in the weight room. His athleticism and pass protection skills could allow him to play tackle in college, while his run blocking and ability to pull could put him at guard.

Scouting Report: A bigger kid who plays a physical style of football. Does a good job of diagnosing plays and getting to the ball carrier, where he is a sound tackler. In coverage, he has good ball skills. He would have some trouble covering slot receivers man to man, but can be a center fielder type and cover backs and tight ends. - Allen Trieu

Scouting Report: Big, tall quarterback who can move and make plays on the run. Stands tall in the pocket, sees the field well and makes good decisions with the ball. Has good placement on his passes and has above average arm strength and ability to get the ball downfield. Footwork needs some work, but he has the athleticism to improve there with coaching. - Allen Trieu

Scouting Report: Ragoo is one of the biggest kids in this year's class. He comes from a well-coached program and does a great job of drive blocking. Once he gets his hands on you, it's over. He's very powerful. He doesn't have good footwork yet and will need to shore that up at the next level. -- Mike Bakas

Rating:
Pos Rank: 250
Committed to: MINNESOTA
Commit Date: 10/11/09
Committed Over: Colorado State, Houston, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, UNLV, UTEP
Scouting Report: Solid size for a defensive tackle, with the added size that he will get in college he will be a true DT type in two years. Plays defensive end in high school and depending on how much bigger he gets will determine where he will be. Works hard to get through blocks and keeps on pursuing, though he needs to work on technique and stop trying to muscle everything. Has a good eye for finding the ball even if he has multiple blockers on him.

Scouting Report: Wright has terrific size at 6'0, 185-190 and should fill out to over 205 pounds down the road. He has WR hands, runs with great balance, and has been very durable as he has carried the load for the past two seasons. He is a one cut type runner who has quality speed and acceleration. He could do a better job of improvising and does not have a lot of wiggle. He is at his best when he squares his shoulders and goes. -Geoff Vogt
