The Redskins have hired Richard Hightower as a Special Teams Assistant Coach.

Richard Hightower played Defensive Back and Wide Receiver for the University of Texas.

He then coached with the Texans from 2005-2008 as an Administrative Coordinator and later a Special Teams Assistant.

In 2009 he worked as an Assistant Wide Receivers Coach for The University of Minnesota.
