The Arizona Cardinals are beginning to solidify their offensive line via free agency. Here's the latest.

Veteran OL Signs

The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to terms on a three-year, $9 million deal with free-agent OL Rex Hadnot, a league source told FoxSports.com. The deal maxes out at $12 million based on incentives.

Hadnot, who spent the past two seasons with the Cleveland Browns, signed a two-year, $6.5 million deal with the Cleveland in March of 2008. He started 21 out of the 24 games he appeared in for the team.

While it's not immediately known which position he'll be playing for the Cardinals, the versatile offensive lineman is capable of playing guard or center. In addition to visiting the Cardinals earlier this week, Hadnot visited the Denver Broncos on March 5, the beginning of free agency. Earlier on Thursday, the Cardinals re-signed versatile OL Jeremy Bridges to a three-year deal.

Hadnot, 28, was originally selected in the sixth round of the 2004 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins out of the University of Houston.

NFL.com and Profootballtalk.com first reported Hadnot agreed to terms on a deal with the Cardinals.

ARI: Veteran OL Re-Signs

The Arizona Cardinals re-signed veteran OL Jeremy Bridges to a three-year deal, the team announced.

Bridges (6-4, 326) rejoins the Cardinals after playing in all 16 regular season games, including four starts at left tackle in 2009. He signed with Arizona on September 8, 2009 after playing three seasons with the Carolina Panthers (2006-08) and spending 2009 training camp with the Washington Redskins.

Bridges originally joined the Cardinals in 2004 and played two seasons in Arizona after he was claimed off of waivers from the Philadelphia Eagles on September 6. Over his three seasons with the Cardinals (2004-05, 2009), Bridges has played in 37 games with 15 starts at guard and tackle.

Originally entering the NFL with the Eagles as a sixth-round pick (185th overall) in the 2003 NFL Draft, Bridges has appeared in 78 regular season games with 43 starts over the past seven seasons of his NFL career. He has also appeared in three postseason contests, including starting both playoff games for the Cardinals last season.

Bridges, who turns 31 in April, did a solid job filling in for starting LT Mike Gandy during his four starts last season.
