Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of solid ASP.NET experience - C# - DHTML - CSS - SQL - JavaScript Preferred Skills/Experience: - XML / XSL - SQL Server T-SQL experience - Visual Studio - AJAX - Building highly-scalable web sites - Experience with the complete software development life-cycle Test Engineer (Seattle)Working as part of a veteran engineering team, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance for e-commerce, web publishing and community software products. Duties include test planning and documentation, test case execution, performance and scalability testing, test automation, ownership of bug database, oversight of test hardware, management of test environment, certifying release candidates, troubleshooting production environment issues, and encouraging testing and development processes that ensure high quality, bug-free software. Must have demonstrated ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have outstanding written/verbal communication skills, be able to prioritize and multi-task, and be able to work independently within a well-established team. Required Skills/Experience: - 3+ years relevant black box and white box testing experience - In-depth understanding of software development and test methodologies and processes - Experience writing test plans, detailed test cases, and other formal test documentation - Knowledge developing small software applications and/or test automation - Able to drive tasks with minimal or no supervision - Strong communication skills - Outstanding trouble-shooting ability - Familiar with Microsoft operating systems, development tools, and server technologies including SQL Server, IIS, VSS, ASP, .NET, and Visual Studio - Experience testing web technologies; knowledgeable in different browsers and client OSs - Experience with database systems; SQL ability Preferred Skills/Experience: - BS in CS or related field - Interest in sports COMPENSATION: We offer competitive salaries and a benefits package that includes health/dental and paid vacation, holiday and sick/personal leave.
