Every year, our most difficult task is choosing only 50 prospects to include in our Oakland A’s top prospect list. There are many more players than those 50 to keep an eye on, some of whom will develop into household names in a few years. In a two-part article, we look at nearly 30 players that we considered for our list but didn’t make the cut for one reason or another…
