Ivan McCartney says he followed Miami as a youngster and he attended the Oklahoma game on Oct. 3. “They’re only about 15 minutes away,” McCartney said about the ‘Canes. “I’ve always loved the swagger they had. Also, all the great players they’ve produced. That really caught my attention when I was younger. They started real well. But they still have a young team that’s still starting to mature..."
