The Yankees signed right-hander Arodys Vizcaino as their top International pitcher during the 2007 July 2nd signing period out of the Dominican Republic and, one of the highest ceiling pitchers in the farm system, dealt him to Atlanta on Tuesday as part of a package for Braves right-hander Javier Vazquez. Here's a scouting report on what the Yankees gave up.
