The Yankees have added five more International free agents this offseason. Yankees Senior Vice President of Baseball Operations Mark Newman, responsible for both player development and scouting, sits down for a Q&A session to talk about those signings and to give us some insight as to whether or not the organization has considered adding another short-season league team.
