The AFA Victory at Cal

Despite the great efforts of Cal's freshman wizard, Leon Powe (25 points), the Falcons held the Berkeley Bears to six points in the final 8 minutes to garner a confidenc building tourney win. The first regular season toruney win since 1972. The Falcons lead the nation in scoring defense and entered the toruney with a 49.3 point per game average. Here are a few stories on the Tourney.
