Alabama lands 2013 offensive lineman

The University of Alabama landed their first commitment of the 2013 class from a highly regarded offensive lineman. The in-state prospect talked with Andrew Bone about his decision.

"I committed today," said Bradley Bozeman. "I committed about 20 minutes ago. They told me about the offer on Monday, but coach Saban talked to me about it yesterday.

"I told coach Stoutland about my decision around 11:00 p.m. I made it official just a few minutes ago. They told me congrats, and I deserved it. They said I worked hard to get here."

Bozeman grew up wanting to play football for the Crimson Tide.

"It's been a lifelong dream of mine," he said. I decided to go where my heart was. That is where it led me. I can't start to explain it.

"Everything is perfect. I love the pro-style offense. The coaches are outstanding, the facilities are outstanding. You can't get much better than Alabama."

The 6-foot-5, 318-pound lineman talked about his time at the camp.

"I think I did really good at the camp," said Bozeman. "I loved working with coach Stoutland. He is a teacher. He wants you to learn from your mistakes. He wants to correct you and help make you better.

"I have never been around coach Stoutland until this week. These four days have been amazing. They had me working out at right tackle."
