Tight end headed to Alabama's camp

A three-star tight end prospect will visit camp in a couple of weeks hosted by the University of Alabama. Andrew Bone talked with the recruit about next month's trip.

"I am going to Alabama's camp in July," said Paul Kyles from Prichard-Vigor, Ala. "I plan on working out at tight end and defensive end when I am there. I haven't really heard much from them in a while.

"When I go up there I want to prove to them I am aggressive. When I talked to them in the past they told me they only thing I need to work on is being aggressive. I have been working on that.

The 6-foot-2.5, 245-pound prospect talked about his interest in the Crimson Tide.

"I like how they use their tight ends a lot and use different formations," he said. "I am going to start watching them on defensive more this year and see how they run things."

Kyles stayed closer to home a couple of weeks ago and attended the South Alabama camp in Mobile. He has been offered by the Jaguars as a defensive end. Kyles reports scholarship offers from Auburn, Memphis, South Alabama and Troy. He does not list any favorites.
