Bone's Best: Michael Flint

Andrew Bone takes a closer look at the Top 60 players in the state of Alabama prior to the 2011 season.

35. Michael Flint

No. 23 offensive guard
6-foot-4, 315-pounds
Oxford High School

Recruitment: Flint received several scholarship offers during his sophomore and junior year. He gave an early commitment to Auburn, but Flint and the Tigers parted ways during the spring. The two in-state SEC schools have moved in a different direction. Tennessee appears as a contender for his signature.

Flint says, "Tennessee has been recruiting me pretty hard. UCLA and Oregon continued to recruit me. A lot of people relaxed, but they were still recruiting me. I want to see which schools come after me now that I am de-committed. It will be interesting to see if Alabama jumps back on me. They visited this spring."
