Kwon Alexander visits Alabama once again

Kwon Alexander, five-star outside linebacker from Oxford, Ala., is one of the top uncommitted prospects in the country. He plans to take the recruiting process all the way until signing day to announce his decision. Alexander hasn't taken many trips this summer, but has traveled to Tuscaloosa twice. He discussed with Andrew Bone his most recent visit to the Capstone.

"I went down to Alabama on Tuesday for a little visit," said Kwon Alexander. "Everything went good. It wasn't anything new. I was just down there to hang out. I didn't participate in the camp.

"I went down there with Trae [Elston]. He worked out at the camp. I just watched him. I hung out with some of the players and coaches. It was all good."

Alexander has visited Tuscaloosa a couple of times this summer. There isn't much more the Tide coaches need to say in selling their program.

"It was the same stuff," Alexander said. "I have a good relationship with the coaches. We just talk about the same stuff. We usually just catch up with each other. They always tell me how much they want me."

Alexander has already produced a top 10, but expects to trim the list in the near future.

"I will have my top five before the season starts," said Alexander. "I feel like I know a few schools who will be on that list, but it's getting tough. It's very hard to decide who I am going to take off. All of the schools are recruiting me very hard."

The recruiting process has not grown old at this point, but Alexander has kept somewhat of a low-profile.

"I still enjoy it a lot," he said. "The phone calls and interviews don't bother me too much. This is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. I know it helps me prepare myself for college."
