Tuscaloosa native celebrates In Bryant-Denny
The third-ranked Crimson Tide drove 77 yards in 10 plays on their second possession to take the lead against the visiting Commodores of Vanderbilt, 7-0. Tight end Brad Smelley caught a third-down 6-yard pass near the end line to the right of the goal post from quarterback A.J. McCarron. Tuscaloosa native Smelley spoke about the passing game, the play of the Alabama quarterback and his first touchdown reception.
