Trent Richardson Rolls Over Tigers

Trent Richardson saved his best for the last regular season contest, rushing for a career high 203 yards on 27 carries in tonight's 42-14 demolition of the Auburn Tigers. The junior tailback's peformance may guarantee a trip to New York City for the Heisman Memorial Trophy Ceremony.

Nick Saban gave the Pensacola native the highest praise calling him "the best football player in the country". Richardson had 61 (14 carries) first half yards and exploded with 142 (13 carries) in the final 30 minutes of play. He had long runs of 35 and 57 in tallying the career high.
