Early Enrollee: Deion Belue
Deion Belue signed with the University of Alabama in the 2010 recruiting class. He returns to the Capstone after a two year stint in junior college.
Belue did a great job of developing his skills as a defensive back in the past two seasons. He has excellent coverage skills, but also blazing speed. He is well known as a dangerous kick returner and will provide a spark in the return game right away.
Belue and Travell Dixon have a great chance for early playing time in the 2012 season. Nick Saban's defense is known as complicated, but hard work learning the schemes during the spring, summer and early fall might land the players on the field early and often.
