CSS Will Televise A-Day Football Game
A-Day is the 15th and final practice of the spring for Alabama with kickoff from Bryant-Denny Stadium scheduled for 2 p.m. (CDT). Admission will once again be free to the public. More information on A-Day, including additional activities and traffic, will be available as the date gets closer.
Over the last five years, Alabama has totaled 438,010 fans at A-Day for an average of 87,602 during that period. UA set a college football record in the spring of 2007 as a capacity crowd of 92,138 watched Coach Nick Saban's first A-Day at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Last year's school-record attendance of 92,310 led the nation by a large margin, with Nebraska checking in at number two with a total of 66,784.
Alabama is tentatively scheduled to start spring practice on Friday, March 9, and will then take the next week off for spring break. The second practice is scheduled for Monday, March 19.
