Clinton-Dix, Secondary Blank Ole Miss

Number one ranked Alabama (4-0) defeated 21st rated Ole Miss (3-1) 25-0 Saturday evening at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The Rebels came into the contest averaging 38 ppg, sixth best in the SEC. Safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix contributed eight tackles, six solo and two pass breakups in limiting the high powered offense to a mere 205 total yards.

The Ole Miss passing attack was held to 159 net yards on 17 completions in 32 attempts. Freshman cornerback Eddie Jackson recorded his first career interception picking off Laquon Treadwell's pass at the Alabama 27-yard line in the first quarter.
