Alabama Safety Scores Against Vols

Watch Landon Collins detail his pick-six after Saturday's win over Tennessee.

Landon Collins had multiple pick six returns as a prep star in Louisiana. His first as a collegian came Saturday afternoon in Alabama's (8-0, 5-0) 45-10 shellacking of Tennessee (4-4, 1-3) at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa.

The Volunteers moved to Alabama territory at the 24-yard line. Collins intercepted the second quarter sideline pass of Tennessee junior quarterback Justin Worley at the 11-yard line. An escort of blockers led by Tide defensive end Jeff Pagan cleared the path for the 89-yard interception return, fifth longest in school history. The first pick for the sophomore resulted in the 34th non-offensive touchdown in the Nick Saban era and increased the lead to 35-0 with only 12 seconds remaining before halftime.

Collins addressed that scenario and much more after the big win.
