Biggest official visit weekend yet?

Nick Saban is looking to lock down the No. 1 recruiting class on Scout.com for the class of 2014, and the official visit weekend for the Alabama may have plenty to do with that goal. BamaMag.com has you covered with the names, stories and updates throughout the important visitor weekend.

Among a sea of Alabama commitments, a dozen to be exact, the Crimson Tide is expected to host a pair of top undeclared targets on official visits this weekend.

Five-star outside linebacker prospect Rashaan Evans, officially down to Alabama, Auburn and UCLA, will be in town beginning Friday as will Matthew Elam. The four-star talent is whittled down to in-state school Kentucky and the Tide.

Surrounding the pair of top defensive targets for Nick Saban and company are 12 committed players eager to see Tuscaloosa one final time before pen meets paper on national signing day.

The group is led by current "soft verbal" commitments Bo Scarbrough and Christian Miller. Alabama will be looking to make the final push for each in order to secure their signatures on February 5. Joining the elite pair are fellow pledges J.C. Hassenauer, Ross Pierschbacher, Ronnie  Clark, Johnny Dwight, Keith Holcombe, Derek Kief, Montel McBride, Chris Williams, O.J. Smith and J.K. Scott.

The nation's No. 1 wide receiver and five-star Malachi Dupre will also be in Tuscaloosa, but his official visit doesn't begin until Monday. He'll be at in-state LSU over the weekend.
