Tide At Top In Baseball, Softball
Both the Alabama baseball team of Coach Mitch Gaspard and the Crimson Tide softball team of Coach Patrick Murphy won in dramatic fashion Saturday, both scoring two runs in their final at-bats for one-run victories. Bama baseball won 6-5 over Ole Miss on a 10th-inning single by Hunter Webb, while the Tide softball team took a 2-1 victory over LSU when Kaila Hunt slapped a two-out single for the game-winner.
In SEC baseball standings, which are by West and East divisions, Alabama is tied for both the West and overall leads with a 5-3 conference mark. Bama hosts Ole Miss at 1:05 p.m. Sunday at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

Texas A&M 3-5
South Carolina 5-3
Auburn and Missouri have completed their weekend schedule with Missouri winning two of the three games. Today's games in addition to Ole Miss at Alabama are Arkansas vs. Mississippi State, Vanderbilt vs. Kentucky, Florida vs. LSU, South Carolina vs. Tennessee, and Georgia vs. Texas A&M.
In softball, the Crimson Tide hosts LSU in the series finale at Rhoads Park at 1:05 p.m. CDT today.
