The late push for players is drawing closer and closer for Nick Saban and Alabama, with less than three months until traditional players sign with their school of choice and less than two months before early enroll prospects actually begin their college careers. With little time remaining, the staff seems to be honing on on select prospects down the stretch.

Junior college prospects like Lorenzo Phillips have become a major part of the process, and Alabama is heading in the right direction for several. Current commitments continue to take visits and uncommitted elites, like Texan Kendall Sheffield (pictured) remain, so there's tangible movement expected in the coming weeks.
