Tide Track & Field Has Top Performers

Seventeen University of Alabama track & field athletes in 14 events, plus four relay teams, have produced performances that rank among the conference's top 10 overall this season with the SEC Indoor Championships looming this Friday-Saturday at Lexington, Ky.

Alabama's Remona Burchell leads the SEC in the women’s 60-meter dash (7.14 seconds) while Justin Fondren shares the SEC lead in the men’s high jump (7 feet, 3 inches; 2.21 meters) in this week's SEC list of top times and marks for the 2015 season as of Monday, Feb. 16.
