Leatherwood lands 'Bama offer, commits

Alabama adds yet another 2017 pledge during its initial camp in Florida offensive lineman Alex Leatherwood, who earned his offer during his week of work.

First it was D.D. Bowie, then Netori Johnson jumped on board in Alabama's 2017 class this week. Just about 24 hours later, another out-of-state standout in the class picked the Crimson Tide.

Alex Leatherwood, who turned the heads of many onlookers during the week, earned and accepted an Alabama offer on Tuesday, sources confirm to BamaMag.com.

The Pensacola (Fla.) Booker T. Washington offensive tackle projection also holds a verbal offer from the University of Florida.
