4-star OL Baldwin picks 'Bama

During a trip to Tuscaloosa, four-star junior college offensive tackle prospect Charles Baldwin gave Alabama his verbal commitment.

Admitting Alabama and Oklahoma were at the top of his list just last month, a visit to Tuscaloosa has sealed the deal for four-star offensive tackle Charles Baldwin.

The Brooklyn (N.Y.) ASA College standout confirmed the news Friday evening, during a multi-day trip to town.

"I have a great relationship with the coaching staff and the players," Baldwin said. "And I feel they can push me to be the best player I can be. Roll Tide!"

Baldwin, who his coach at ASA calls "an NFL guy," plays at the same JUCO that produced Alabama offensive lineman Leon Brown. He is 6-foot-6, 305 pounds and is projected to play offensive tackle once enrolled at Alabama and will have three seasons to play two after graduating from ASA
